What’s the difference between Insight and Infinite? 

Insight (Web) – Insight is our web-based platform for clubs and organisations to use and access internal wellness data, helping enhance communication techniques and data driven decisions. You can also access a variety of content across different wellness topics and sporting verticals as well as create and upload your own. 

Infinite (App) – Infinite is our free to all users app. Our app gives you access to a variety of content as well as the ability to input data across various wellness metrics. If you are part of an organisation, you can access their content, communication as well give insight into your own wellness data. 

Insight (Web)
Go here to access Insight and create an account. Enter your desired email and password and click Sign Up. Jump into your emails and click on the link ‘Confirm your Account’ and follow the prompts.

Infinite (App)
Go here to download our app, Infinite by Inspiretek. Add your details through the ‘Join Us’ tab. Welcome to our app! 

Note: If you are looking to join a specific organisation – make sure you use the same email as the one they will invite you through. 

Insight (Web)

Access the log in page insight.inspiretek.io. Enter the email address that matches the one you are using within your organisation and click ‘forgot your password?’ (located bottom right of your log in details). You will be sent an email with prompts to reset your password.

Infinite (App)

Access the Sign In tab within the landing page of the app. Enter the email that matches the one you use to access your account. Press ‘forgot your password?’ (Located bottom left of your log in details). You will be sent an email with prompts to reset your password.

Whilst in the app, navigate to the hamburger menu (located in the top right corner). Go to profile. Here you will find your information in which you can edit and make necessary changes to 

Insight (Web)

You might have previously created an account. Try logging in and selecting ‘forgot my password?’ follow the prompts and try logging in. If you are still having issues, contact our support team support@inspiretek.io

Insight (Web)

Make sure you are using the same email address as the one your organisation would have invited you on. Input that email address, your desired password and click ‘Sign Up’ upon your first log in. After this you can use the ‘Log In’ button. If you are still having issues, contact our support team support@inspiretek.io

Infinite (App)

Make sure when you create your account you use the same email address as the one your organisation would have used to invite you. Once in the app navigate to ‘My Clubs’ Located in your hamburger menu (top right corner) and accept your invite by pressing the tick icon.

Absolutely, data and data security is of the utmost importance to us. You can read our data and security policy here.

Insight (Web)

 You can be part of as many clubs/organisations as you like! Make sure to use the correct email when accessing each one. 

Note: data from each club/organisation will stay separate for privacy reasons. 

 

Infinite (App)

You can access all of your clubs/organisations through your ‘My Clubs’, located within your hamburger menu (top right corner).You can input data for all of your clubs/organisations as well as access communication and content. 

Customer feedback is a great way for us to stay engaged and look for ways to better improve our product. If you have feedback about our product, please contact support@inspiretek.io 

You would have been sent an email invitation upon being added into your club/organisation. Follow the prompts within this email. You can also double check with your organisation what email was used to invite you. 

Our app is free and accessible for all. You can download infinite by inspiretek here or from your app store and start inputting and tracking your own personal wellness data. 

Note: You will not have access to upload and post content/communication as well as view and export data.

There are three access levels within the web platform, Insight. This allows for different levels of accessibility to help you monitor and curate privacy within your club/organisation. 

 Owner – Full access to all data, content and administration features 

Administration – Full access to data and content features 

Staff – Limited access to data (only within the teams they are managing) and access to content features  

You can choose the accessibility of content through your Insight Web Platform when you are posting the content. At any time you can change the accessibility of content through your insight Web Platform

This is a function you can access within the web platform, insight allowing you to tailor the theme of your app by adding custom colours and logos. This is a great way to showcase your club/organisation or sponsors brand and reach your community in a simple and easy way making for a more personalised platform and experience.

This is subject to your subscription and contract. Get in contact with our team at succes@inspiretek.io for further information. 

When logging into your platform – make sure you are utilising the correct button. Sign up Is for first time users. Log in is for every time after your initial sign up. 

 The following types of media are support through our Media Library and Content Builder: 

‘pdf’, ‘jpeg’, ‘jpg’, ‘jfif’, ‘pjpeg’, ‘pjp’, ‘png’, ‘svg’, ‘webp’, ‘3g2’, ‘3gp’, ‘asf’, ‘wmv’, ‘avi’, ‘mp2’, ‘mp4’, ‘mxf’, ‘qt’

Note: There is a 2-hour time limit when uploading media. If the upload time exceeds this due to poor internet or upload disruptions, the file will not successfully upload.
